Couple of entrepreneurs, we have been creating businesses for 20 years…
The confinement led us to change horizons with our two children, moving from the city… to the authenticity of a village in the Var.

2020
THE BEGINNING
Installation on the domain
In 2020 we bought the Domaine de la Mer, with the hope that this fabulous place could inspire travelers as it has inspired us.
2022
THE RESTAURANT
New Chef, new menu for the Noé
Ruben decides to join us in the adventure: he is a rugby enthusiast who likes to convey conviviality in his cooking. Trained by the best, he was trained by Arnaud Donckele, who was elected best Chef in the world by the List.
2023
THE RENOVATION
Renovation of all rooms
In 2023, we have renovated all the rooms at the Domaine to combine the wooden style and the authenticity of natural materials.
